Neighborhood Dinner Group — May 20 (Tuesday)

There was another great crowd at The Prickly Pear in April, even though the dinner fell on tax day! Thanks go to Arvind Patil for a great event and excellent planning.

The Neighborhood Dinner this month is planned for Toast in Davidson (101 North Main Street) on May 20 (Tuesday). Toast is located in the former location of Kudzu on the Green and will open in early May. Arvind is working out the details of our neighborhood evening with Brian Burchill, owner of the restaurant. When the restaurant first opens, it will only serve breakfast and lunch. Plans are to then start opening for dinner on the weekends and, eventually, on weekdays. New Neighborhood will have the whole restaurant on May 20 and will be the first to preview the evening menu. Arvind Patil needs an advance count on all neighbors and guests who plan to attend. Please notify him no later than Thursday, April 10, if you plan to attend this month’s dinner (phone: 704.892.9608, or e-mail: aspatil@bellsouth.net.) If you are not already on the notification e-mail list, please contact Arvind and ask to be added. If you have any suggestions regarding future dinner locations or questions about the event, please notify Arvind.

NOTE: This is an event for both singles and couples and residents may invite guests to come with them. It is a fun event for all neighbors.
