Special RequestJonathan & Joan O’Brien of Westport, Massachusetts, are looking for a furnished townhome, casita, or single-family home in New Neighborhood for rental for two or three months next winter, preferably January, February, or March. Joan loves plants and would be happy to care for any in the home during this period. Their daughter & son-in-law and three granddaughters live currently in River Run. As proud parents and grandparents, they are looking to spend some extended quality time with family in the Davidson setting and saw our neighborhood during a visit this past February. The idea of being able to walk to town and of being near to the college and St. Alban’s Church, while still being near the grandchildren, was obviously quite appealing. Service was scheduled quickly and prices were reasonable. (The Lantz’s were also able to print discount coupons from the website for additional savings.) In addition to washing windows and cleaning gutters, the company will also do power washing of driveways and decks.
