Town of Davidson EventsMay 5 (Saturday) – Davidson Town Day, Village Green (10 a.m. - 3 p.m.) – The annual festival is a wonderful opportunity for residents to come together on the Village Green and enjoy games, vendors, food, and entertainment for the entire family. The philosophy behind Town Day is to promote our community while supporting local businesses and non-profit organizations by providing them with a chance to raise money through carnival games, booths, rides, and art. You will be able to meet your Fire & Police Department personnel. Activities will include a kiddie train, sand box, and duck pond for the little kids and other games and a bicycle rodeo for older kids. The Bungee Run and Flex Flyer are recommended for pre-teens to adults (or those young at heart).Performing on stage will be Davidson Express (Bluegrass Music) and Clog Carolina. Don’t miss the fun! The concerts are free and open to the public. Families and friends are welcome to bring picnics and relax to the music.
