Davidson Farmer’s Market The Davidson Farmer’s Market, a producer-only market, is open every Saturday morning from 8:00 a.m. until noon in Downtown Davidson. With more than 30 local producers, the market features a wide variety of locally grown vegetables and fruits, meats, eggs, honey, dairy and fresh flowers, as well as baked goods and non-food items such as soaps and farmer-made crafts. Themed market days, guest chef cooking demonstrations, musical entertainment, and educational activities are planned throughout the season. Downtown Davidson, Inc. brings back this popular series for spring-summer 2009. The concerts are held on Sundays from 6 – 8 p.m. and are free and open to the public. Families and friends are welcome to bring picnics and relax to the music. Each concert features a picnic theme.
