All Neighbors Welcome

Neighborhood Dinner Group

The Christmas dinner at Toast in December was a big success with 33 of our neighbors attending. Arvind and Helen Patil had the group at their house for desserts and a good time was had by all!

This month’s dinner will be held on Tuesday, January 19, at the area’s newest restaurant, The Creole House, at 20517 North Main Street, Cornelius (former location of Tea House). Plan to enjoy New Orleans Bayou Cuisine. As usual, the evening will start at 6:00 p.m. with a social hour, followed at 7:00 p.m. by dinner. A menu will be sent to the e-mail list each month in advance of the event. Please let Arvind know by Sunday, January 17, if you plan to attend.

Dinner next month is planned for “Forty Six” Restaurant in Kannapolis on Tuesday, February 16. This restaurant is located on Rupert Murdoch’s Bio-Technology Campus. Before the dinner, plans are being made to visit some of the campus facility. Plans are not yet final, but will be communicated by e-mail at the beginning of February.

Don’t miss the fun and great food of this event each month. Our thanks go to Arvind Patil for varied and well planned dinners! Arvind will notify the e-mail list when plans are complete.

If you are not already on the notification e-mail list or have questions about the group, please contact Arvind (phone: 704.892.9608, or e-mail: aspatil@bellsouth.net.).
