Single-family homeowner semi-annual assessments are due on January 1. Payments not received within thirty (30) days will incur late fees and possible additional charges. [Note: Both single-family homeowner and townhome owner dues will increase in 2010 by $1.50 per month or $9.00 per semi-annual payment.]
