SPECIAL REMINDER

Single-family homeowner semi-annual assessments are due on January 1. Payments not received within thirty (30) days will incur late fees and possible additional charges.

[Note: Single-family homeowner dues will increase in 2009 by $1.50 per month or $9.00 per semi-annual payment.]

Newsletter Delivery – Reminder

There will be no newsletter delivery in February. The calendar of events will include February dates as known at this time. The next newsletter will be delivered on Monday, March 2.
