September 6 – October 5 2007 Faculty Art Exhibition – Van Every/Smith Galleries, Katherine and Tom Belk Visual Arts Center – The exhibition will feature works by Cort Savage, Russ Warren, and Ryan O’Malley. The event opens with a gallery talk and reception for the artists on Thursday, September 6, at 7:00 p.m. The Every/Smith Galleries are open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends from noon to 4 p.m. Programs are free and the public is welcome. September 28 (Friday) - 2007-2008 C. Shaw and Nancy K. Smith Artist Series, “Cirque Le Masque” – This is the first of five diverse and entertaining evenings for the 2007-2008 season and is a performance that has captured audiences world-wide. Season packages are now available. All performances are held in the Duke Family Performance Hall beginning at 8:00 p.m. For ticket information, call 704.894.2135.

2007-2008 Concert Series – This series of five performances begins in November, 2007, and runs through April, 2008. Subscribe to the Concert Series by September 27 and receive tickets to all five shows for the price of four! Tickets may be purchased by calling 704.894.2135, in person at the Union Box Office (10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday – Friday), or at the door.
