GOOD NEIGHBOR’S SERVICE

If anyone in the neighborhood has difficulty getting to the post office, grocery store, dry cleaners, etc., during inclement weather or due to an illness or disability, there is a group of your neighbors who stand ready to make that trip for you. If you need assistance call anyone on the list found in the print version of the newsletter.

LOOKING FOR CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES?

The Davidson Public Library has a summer movie program (Movie Mondays) for kids on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 10:00 a.m. The movies are shown in the Community Room of the library and are free of charge. Please call the library at 704.892.8557 for schedules and details.

On the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month, the library sponsors 30-minute story times for kids. The library has its own storyteller as well as visiting storytellers who share picture books, songs, rhymes and finger games.
